We believe that:

• individual, organizational, and social transformation are all intricately interconnected;

• organizations are dynamic, living, open systems that integrate individual and communal visions for a better world;

• individual organizations are a symphony of intersecting ideas and have unique integral roles within society;

• organizations’ greatest resources are unleashed through the liberation of their imagination;

• through our collective experience and wisdom, we can realize our dreams of progressive social change;

• transformation is a joyous, natural process advanced and sustained through realistic strategies and plans; and

• fruition is a new beginning, not an ending.

 

Toward our vision of a compassionate, just, sustainable, harmonious, joyous, and beautiful planet for all, the Fruition Coalition is purposefully pursuing the following macro goals through reflective thought, dialogue, education, and integration into practice:

• opening and expanding the way we think and talk about social change;

• uncovering, exploring, articulating, and transforming the myths that influence social change leadership;

• shifting the prevailing paradigm of progressive social change work from one of division and brokenness to one of holism and integration;

• expanding understanding about the connections among personal, organizational, and social transformation;

• balancing, connecting, and harmonizing thought, emotion, and action in social change work; and

• increasing the civic conscience and engagement of community benefit organizations.
