About The Fruition Coalition

At The Fruition Coalition, we:

  • Cross-pollinate curiosity, creativity, and compassion to co-create flourishing leaders, organizations, and communities

  • Collaboratively design more loving, joyous, and beautiful systems and ways of relating to each other and the planet

  • Mobilize and connect people, ideas, and resources while integrating research, intuition, experience, and imagination to provoke possibilities and liberate the world we dream is possible – resulting in meaningful, tangible, and sustainable change

Our journey began in Philadelphia in 2001 when our Founding Director Jessica Aviva, Ph.D. imagined more equitable capacity building opportunities for grassroots nonprofit organizations. Since then, The Fruition Coalition has touched the lives of thousands of leaders and organizations across the globe through:

Our work is inspired by:

  • Gender inclusive, intersectional feminism

  • Anti-racist, decolonial, emergent, transformative, and liberatory leadership practices

  • Appreciative inquiry

This compels us to:

  • Question and change policies and practices that marginalize, exclude, or patronize people based on their identity or group affiliation

  • Resist ideas such as separation, duality, control, and ordering

  • Welcome multiple ways of approaching problems and opportunities

  • Create a culture that promotes care, belonging, and healing

  • Respect the autonomy and self-determination of people who have life experiences and perceptions that are different from ours

If you have dedicated your work and your life to creating the world you dream is possible, The Fruition Coalition is here to support you as a connector, catalyst, cultivator, educator, researcher, facilitator, designer, and accomplice.
